Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies to meet targets through effective cold calling, lead generation, and field marketing activities.
Conduct BTL activities such as brand awareness campaigns, product launches, and promotional events to drive business growth.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries promptly.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans that align with company goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-3 years of experience in inside sales or offline marketing.
Strong skills in lead generation, cold calling, and BTL activity execution.
Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients over phone calls.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
