*Job Description* : Sales and Marketing Executive/Manager

We are now looking for a motivated Sales & Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents, showcase our offerings, and convert enquiries into admissions.
*Position*: Sales & Admission Counsellor
*Location*: Anand Vihar ( East Delhi)
*Employment Type*: Full-time
*Experience Required*: 14 years in counselling, sales, or customer-facing roles
*Budget* - 30-35k
*Working days and time* - 6 days and 10 am to 7 pm
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Lead Handling & Conversion
Contact and engage with leads received through social media, advertising campaigns, and partner channels.
Understand student needs and suggest appropriate career guidance services or online CBSE courses.
Conduct structured counselling calls to convert leads into admissions.
Maintain high conversion ratios and meet monthly enrolment targets.
2. Counselling & Product Presentation
Explain program features, curriculum details, app functionalities, and service benefits clearly.
Provide accurate information to students and parents regarding career options, course structures, and processes.
Conduct online or in-person counselling sessions when required.
3. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to enhance trust and satisfaction.
Follow up regularly with warm leads and ensure timely closures.
Provide after-admission support and act as a point of contact for onboarding.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth admissions and service delivery.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, counselling sessions, and admissions.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
A pleasing personality with confidence in handling student and parent interactions.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and lead conversion abilities.
Prior experience in education counselling, admission processes, ed-tech sales, or telesales is preferred.
Ability to understand student needs and guide them effectively.
Comfortable working with CRM tools, WhatsApp, and basic computer systems.
*Preferred Qualifications*
Experience in counselling for K-12, competitive exams, CBSE courses, or career guidance programs.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
Ability to work under targets and maintain consistent performance.
