job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell FMCG products, strengthen market presence, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-lasting customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business through field sales, distributor development, and channel expansion. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and stockists. Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets. Conduct market visits and submit daily sales reports. Marketing Responsibilities: Execute promotional activities, in-store branding, and merchandising. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Support product launches and marketing campaigns. Develop local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing plans. Candidate Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. Proven experience in FMCG sales and marketing. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Willingness to travel extensively for field work. Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reports, emails).
