About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a true hustler. Someone who lives for cold outreach, thrives on meaningful conversations, and loves chasing ambitious goals. As the voice of Solodoer - EliteAppMakers, you’ll connect with solopreneurs across LinkedIn and Instagram, crafting personalized messages that turn curiosity into conversions.

What You'll Do

Cold Outreach (60%):

👉 Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests daily

👉 Craft compelling cold DMs on Instagram to target solopreneurs

👉 Follow up strategically (3-5 touchpoints without being spammy)

👉 Identify ideal prospects (consultants, coaches, designers, freelancers)

👉 Use social listening to find warm leads (people posting about business struggles)

👉 Maintain CRM records of all outreach activities

Product Promotion (25%):

👉 Pitch Solodoer's 7-day free trial in conversations

👉 Handle objections and answer product questions

👉 Schedule product demos/walkthroughs for interested leads

👉 Share case studies and success stories

👉 Guide prospects through signup process

👉 Follow up with trial users to encourage conversion

Partner Program Referral (15%):

👉 Identify potential partners (coaches, business consultants, influencers)

👉 Pitch the Solodoer Partner Program (20% commission)

👉 Guide partner applications and onboarding

👉 Build pipeline of active referral partners

What We're Looking For

👉 1+ years of sales experience (inside sales, digital sales, or B2C/B2B or Saas Sales)

👉 Excellent written communication (ability to write persuasive cold messages)

👉 Resilience and comfort with rejection (sales is a numbers game)

👉 Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

👉 Active LinkedIn profile (500+ connections preferred)

👉 Experience with cold outreach campaigns

👉 Personal network in freelance/solopreneur community

👉 Certifications in LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
