1. Role Summary & Key Objectives

The Lead/Manager UI/UX Designer will oversee the end-to-end design strategy for web and mobile applications. This role involves leading the design team, establishing design standards, collaborating closely with product and engineering, and ensuring consistent, user-centric experiences across all digital touchpoints. The objective is to drive innovative design solutions, improve usability, and elevate overall product experience for complex SaaS and enterprise applications.

2. Core Responsibilities (57 Points)

Lead the design lifecyclefrom user research, wireframing, prototyping, to final UI delivery.Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines.Manage and mentor UI/UX designers, ensuring quality output and professional growth.Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive experiences.Conduct UX research, heuristic evaluations, usability testing, and user journey mapping.Review designs for consistency, responsiveness, accessibility, and usability best practices.Drive design-led thinking across teams and contribute to product strategy discussions.

Technical Skills
