UX Lead

As an experienced and creative UX Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving user experience design initiatives and creating intuitive digital interfaces. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end UX design processes from concept to delivery across digital platforms. - Collaborating with clients, product managers, and development teams to define user experience strategies and design directions. - Translating user insights, research findings, and business goals into visually appealing and efficient interface designs. - Managing design documentation, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups. - Reviewing and guiding the UX design team to ensure design consistency and adherence to usability principles. - Conducting usability testing and continually improving designs based on feedback and analytics. - Communicating design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum 10 years of experience in UX design, with proven experience leading design teams or major projects. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design frameworks. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Experience working in a client-facing role with the ability to understand business objectives and translate them into design solutions. - A strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects across web and mobile applications. Educational Qualification: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.,
