Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research, identify, and qualify potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, emails, calls, events, etc.). Outbound Sales Engagement: Reach out to prospects via personalized outreach to generate interest and schedule meetings. Pipeline Development: Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and ensure a healthy sales pipeline. CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in Salesforce Product Knowledge: Understand Locobuzzs offerings, market positioning, and customer pain points to effectively communicate value propositions. Collaboration: Work with sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to enhance sales approaches.What Were Looking For: MBA or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development (preferably in SaaS, Martech, or Customer Experience space). Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads efficiently. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms. Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset. Role & responsibilities Enterprise Sales Strategy: Identify and develop new business opportunities with large enterprises, driving pipeline growth and revenue expansion. Solution Selling: Leverage a consultative approach to understand client pain points, present Locobuzzs AI-driven solutions, and demonstrate value in solving complex challenges.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key influencers to drive deal conversions.End-to-End Deal Management: Own the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting, pitching, proposal creation, and negotiation to closing high-value deals. Revenue Ownership: Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, ensuring sustainable business growth.Industry Research & Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and enterprise needs to shape sales strategies effectively.Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer experiences.CRM & Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to manage leads, track performance, and optimize conversion rates.What Were Looking For: 4-6 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Martech, CX, or AI-driven solutions.
