We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels. This role will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving ROI, and scaling performance marketing initiatives for Sunstones programs.
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Manage end-to-end paid acquisition funnels to deliver quality leads at an efficient cost (CPL, CPA).
Set up A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies.
Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
Work closely with the analytics and product teams to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
Track, measure, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
Manage monthly and quarterly performance marketing budgets across channels.
Collaborate with brand, content, design, and sales teams to align campaign objectives and outcomes.
Identify new channels, tools, and growth opportunities to scale acquisition.
