Job Description

As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting and engaging with targeted virtual communities and network users. Your goal is to enhance customer engagement, drive website traffic, and increase revenue by effectively utilizing social media marketing strategies. You should possess a solid understanding of various social media channels and know how to optimize content to maximize engagement. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategy based on competitive research, platform analysis, and audience identification - Create and share daily engaging content (text, images, video, HTML) to foster connections and prompt community members to take action - Engage authentically with followers by responding to comments and monitoring customer service on all social media platforms - Optimize company pages on each platform to boost visibility of social content - Monitor and moderate user-generated content according to community guidelines - Establish editorial calendars and syndication schedules - Analyze social data and metrics to enhance performance, incorporating best practices - Produce monthly analytics reports to track progress - Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions - Work with creative team members to deliver effective creative briefs - Keep abreast of social media trends, design tools, and applications Requirements: - Proven experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist - Ability to develop social media strategies - Strong consulting, writing, editing, and communication skills - Familiarity with social networking and analytics tools - Knowledge of web design, development, CRO, and SEO - Understanding of online marketing and major marketing channels - Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with excellent multitasking and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations Competencies: - Creativity and enthusiasm - Excellent organization and time-management skills - Ability to multitask - Positive attitude Job Type: Full-time Benefits: - Work from home Schedule: - Day shift - Performance bonus Education: - Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: - Social media marketing: 2 years (Preferred) - Total work: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: - Digital marketing, Social Media & Content Specialist (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 24/03/2025,
