Role Overview: As a Senior Business Consultant at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in driving tangible business impact for customers by leveraging your business acumen and innovative digital marketing expertise. You will be responsible for leading inspiring business discovery workstreams, conducting industry and customer research, and maximizing digital adoption through data-driven marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Leading and executing Data-driven Marketing for Customer Journeys & Campaigns - Directly engaging with clients to optimize Customer Segmentations and Marketing channels - Improving and monetizing Customer Journeys & Marketing Campaign Performance through UX changes, CX changes, A/B Tests, etc. - Collaborating with clients to enhance Marketing Data Collection Strategy and leverage Adobe solutions - Ideating, planning, delivering, measuring, and optimizing Experience Cloud use cases - Developing effective customer partnerships at senior levels to align on business goals and future state thinking - Creating dashboards for management reporting, insights, and problem analysis - Identifying trends and industry examples to support impactful use cases - Researching and defining customer personas and building ideal state customer journey maps - Designing and implementing processes to drive operational efficiencies - Coordinating the execution of marketing activities by Adobe teams or customer teams - Implementing measurement frameworks to monitor, optimize, and report on tangible business outcomes - Supporting the evolution and optimization of practice artifacts and actively engaging with the Business consulting community - Mentoring, supporting, and collaborating with peers to scale expertise and influence Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in translating digital strategy into marketing tactics for exceptional customer experience - Deep industry experience in core sectors such as Banking & Financial Services, Telecom & Media, Retail, Travel, etc. - Proficiency in data analysis, customer persona and journey development, and conversion rate optimization - Experience in running marketing tests, campaign planning, and workflow management - Strong interpersonal, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills - 11+ years of successful client engagement within the digital realm - Proficiency in industry-leading Analytics, Testing, Personalization, and Campaign products/tools - Proactivity, self-starting ability, and proficiency in PowerPoint presentations,
