Role Overview

As a Marketing and Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy. You’ll lead integrated campaigns, manage sales pipelines, and collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between product, marketing, and customer success. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Oversee content creation, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to align messaging and positioning.

Sales

  • Own and manage the sales funnel from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Identify new market opportunities and contribute to pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing and sales, preferably in the software or tech industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and sales enablement tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.
