Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and product adoption.
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, and PPC).
  • Design marketing materials, website content, landing pages, and promotional campaigns for Way2Mail.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify potential clients and develop sales pipelines for Way2Mail.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide feedback to the product and technical teams for improvements.

Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends in the email marketing and SaaS ecosystem.
  • Provide insights on customer behavior, pain points, and product positioning opportunities.
  • Develop pricing and promotional strategies to stay competitive and maximize revenue.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Coordinate with internal departments (tech, support, operations) for seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor junior marketing or sales associates when required.
  • Represent Way2Mail at industry events, expos, and webinars to strengthen brand presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, B2C marketing, SaaS product sales, or digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing and sales data.
  • Creative thinker with a growth-driven and customer-centric approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
