Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and data-driven SEO Specialist (Mid-Level) to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies, coupled with experience in SEO tools, content optimization, and performance analysis. You will play a key role in driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and supporting our overall growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth keyword research and identify new SEO opportunities. Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking for on-page SEO . Monitor and improve off-page SEO efforts including backlink building and outreach. Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement necessary fixes (crawl errors, site speed, mobile usability, etc.). Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all platforms. Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs , etc., to track, report, and analyze website performance. Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Assist in developing monthly reports to showcase growth, rankings, and insights. Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. Support the team in content strategy , blog creation, and landing page optimization. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house). Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz , etc. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, GSC, and Data Studio. Knowledge of HTML/CSS , CMS platforms (WordPress), and basic website structure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of JavaScript rendering and SEO impact. Understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
