Job Title: SEO Specialist / SEO Executive Company Overview: We are a growing business focused on building a strong online presence and increasing our brand visibility. We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist / SEO Executive to join our team and help us improve our website’s organic rankings, traffic, and lead generation through smart and ethical SEO practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend studies. Perform SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations for optimization. Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking structures. Build and manage backlink strategies using white-hat techniques. Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). Collaborate with the content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented. Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and latest SEO trends. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports showing traffic growth and ranking improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience (1–3 years) as an SEO Executive / SEO Specialist or similar role. Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz. Understanding of HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization. Basic understanding of content marketing and copywriting for SEO. Familiarity with Google Ads or other digital marketing channels. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
