Location: Remote

Plus Markets is a fast-scaling U.S. prop trading firm known for transparent rules, cutting-edge technology, and an uncompromising focus on trader success. We’re building a disruptive brand in the trading space through paid media, influencer collaborations, and relentless content execution — and we need a Marketing Operations Manager to keep our entire machine running smoothly.


Role Overview


The Marketing Operations Manager is the traffic controller and execution driver for all Plus Markets marketing activity. This person ensures that campaigns across ads, social, influencers, email, and SMS are launched on time, tracked correctly, and optimized for performance. They will create and deliver daily reports on performance and progress, coordinate across teams, and fill gaps where execution lags.


This is a leadership role — managing the entire marketing operations team (social, influencer outreach, reporting, and campaign execution) while partnering directly with the Head of Marketing Strategy on priorities.


Key Responsibilities


Project & Campaign Management


  • Own day-to-day execution of all marketing campaigns across paid ads, social, influencers, email, and SMS.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and gaps are filled — keep every campaign moving forward.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between creative, media buyers, influencer outreach team, web/automation deparmtent, and internal ops teams.
  • Use Microsoft project management tools to track deliverables, deadlines, and accountability.


Reporting & Analytics


  • Deliver a daily marketing report summarizing:
  • Sign-ups and where they came from
  • Ad performance (by channel, campaign, and creative)
  • Influencer ROI and deliverables posted
  • Summary of tasks completed yesterday across all teams
  • Interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Own campaign ROI reporting, attribution checks, and CPA benchmarks.


Team Leadership


  • Directly manage all marketing team members (social, influencer, data/reporting, email/SMS ops).
  • Provide accountability, feedback, and guidance to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with Head of Marketing Strategy (Bryce) on campaign priorities, creative direction, and optimization.
  • Partner with George (product operations) for alignment on compliance and operations.


Process & Execution Excellence


  • Establish and maintain reporting dashboards, campaign trackers, and workflow processes.
  • QA ads, influencer deliverables, and emails/SMS campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy.
  • Solve day-to-day operational problems quickly and independently.
  • Continuously improve campaign workflows, reporting formats, and cross-team communication.


Success Metrics (KPIs)


  • % of campaigns launched on time
  • Accuracy and timeliness of daily reporting
  • Completion of marketing team tasks with minimal delays
  • Problems identified and solved before escalation
  • Clear accountability across marketing operations


Qualifications


Experience


  • 4–6+ years in digital marketing operations/project management, ideally in high-growth or performance-driven environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Klaviyo, ManyChat, and influencer marketing
  • Strong background in reporting and data interpretation (CPA, ROI, attribution, funnel performance)


Technical Skills


  • Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads
  • Klaviyo/ActiveCampaign (email/SMS marketing)
  • Google Analytics, UTMs, and attribution tools
  • Discord/Telegram community tools
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Teams, Project/Planner, etc.)


Soft Skills


  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Proactive problem solver with strong initiative
  • Excellent communicator across remote teams
  • Comfortable making decisions and leading projects independently
  • Calm under pressure, able to manage multiple deadlines

  • Gain complete command of Plus Markets’ marketing operations ecosystem
  • Stabilize daily reporting across all channels (ads, social, influencers, email/SMS)
  • Establish accountability systems with all team members
  • Ensure influencer campaigns are tracked properly and ad launches are QA’d daily
  • Deliver a clear daily reporting rhythm that provides leadership with a full snapshot of progress
