We are seeking an Marketing Operations Associate capable of performing data analytics/operations with detailed execution. The Revenue Operations Analyst is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
This is a high impact role where there will be an opportunity to work with various technologies and seasoned operations professionals in a supportive environment.
- 0-2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and data management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Managing the Technology Stack: Oversee and optimise our suite of revenue-related technologies to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data-Driven Processes and Analytics: Implement and refine data-driven processes, utilising analytics to guide decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinating Cross-Team Efforts: Ensure seamless collaboration across various teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to maintain a cohesive revenue cycle.
- Data Analysis for Improvement Identification: Regularly analyse data to pinpoint areas for operational improvement and efficiency gains.
- Process Implementation: Develop and implement new processes to enhance revenue operations and meet evolving business needs.
- Revenue Goal Alignment: Work closely with different teams to ensure alignment with and achievement of revenue goals.
- Identifying Critical Operational and Strategic Issues: Proactively identify and address issues that impact operations and strategic direction.
- Facilitating Report and Data Sharing: Act as a liaison for sharing reports and data between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other departments, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- Driving Revenue Opportunities: Identify and leverage opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Process Alignment with KPIs: Align processes to meet and exceed key performance indicators, ensuring continual improvement.
