Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing operations, liaising with clients, ensuring timely project execution, coordinating across departments, and supporting the CEO in strategic decision-making and business development. Key Responsibilities: Team & Project Management: · Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing team including graphic designers, digital marketers, telecallers, client managers, and interns. · Allocate tasks, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely project execution. · Conduct weekly internal reviews and performance evaluations. Client Management : · Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals, expectations, and timelines. · Prepare marketing plans and strategies tailored to each client’s needs. · Ensure seamless communication between the client and internal teams. Strategic Marketing & Digital Oversight: · Oversee digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid ads. · Ensure the creative team delivers compelling content aligned with client and brand goals. · Keep up with digital trends and tools to refine campaign strategies. Sales & Business Development: · Work closely with the CEO to identify new business opportunities and develop pitches. · Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion. · Contribute to client onboarding and proposal development. Reporting & Analysis : · Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports for internal and client review. · Monitor KPIs across all marketing activities and suggest areas for improvement. · Maintain records of all campaign activities and results. Process & Quality Control: · Ensure brand consistency and quality in all deliverables. · Streamline workflow processes and introduce tools to improve efficiency. · Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to deadlines. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. · Proven experience in handling multi-disciplinary teams and client-facing roles. · Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, HubSpot, etc.). · · Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. · Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach. Preferred Skills: · Experience in the Maritime, Fashion, or F&B sectors is a plus. · Creative thinking with a results-driven approach. · Strong presentation skills. Show more Show less
