We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketing operations, liaising with clients, ensuring timely project execution, coordinating across departments, and supporting the CEO in strategic decision-making and business development. Key Responsibilities: Team & Project Management: · Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing team including graphic designers, digital marketers, telecallers, client managers, and interns. · Allocate tasks, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely project execution. · Conduct weekly internal reviews and performance evaluations. Key Responsibilities Inquiry Management Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students and parents regarding admission and placement procedures, requirements, and available programs/services. Provide accurate information about the institution/organization, programs, facilities, and services. Application Processing Assist applicants in completing required application forms and documents. Review applications for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all necessary information is provided. Documentation & Records Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all applicants, including documents, communication history, and application statuses. Ensure confidentiality and security of applicant information. Communication Communicate admission decisions to applicants and provide guidance on next steps. Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, or campus tours as required. Interact with international and Indian students to verify readiness of documents before joining placements/ships. Reporting & Analytics Generate and present reports on admission and placement statistics, trends, and outcomes. Provide insights to management for continuous improvement of processes. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in admissions, pre-sales, counselling, or placement support (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply). Prior experience in educational institutions, recruitment, or training services will be an advantage.
