Vendor & ATL/BTL Coordination: Handle agencies, negotiate contracts, and lead advertising efforts across print, radio, and digital. Customer Experience: Design luxury in-store experiences and marketing to boost footfall and client satisfaction. Product Shoots & Merchandising: Oversee visuals for digital and retail spaces, ensuring luxury alignment. CRM & Tech: Use Salesforce and Shopify for lead tracking, customer engagement, and online sales. Skills Needed: Strong communication, digital tools (SEO, Google Ads), graphic design (Adobe/Corel), customer insight, and team leadership with at least 5 years in retail/luxury marketing. Required Skills and Qualifications: Retail Marketing Experience: 5+ years in marketing ideally in the retail/luxury retail industry, Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear internal communication and customer engagement. Technical Skills: Microsoft Office & Google Sheets: Proficiency to analyze data, create reports, and presentations. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Corel Draw for graphic design purposes SEO and Digital Marketing Tools: Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and CRM platforms. Salesforce, Shopify, and CRM Systems: Knowledge of these platforms for customer engagement and e-commerce. Customer-Centric Mindset: An understanding of customer psychology with strategies for increasing foot traffic and engagement. Leadership Skills: Experience managing a team, setting goals, and fostering professional development. Creativity & Innovation: A strong ability to create innovative marketing concepts that resonate with a luxury audience.
