Role Description The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, expand market share, and strengthen brand presence for the company’s range of electrical and communication cables. The role requires strong technical understanding of cables, customer relationship management, market analysis, and leadership of the sales team. Key Skills and Competencies • Strong knowledge of electrical and communication cable products and specifications (as per IS/IEC standards). • Proven sales management experience in industrial/B2B markets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Analytical and data-driven mindset with strategic thinking ability. Qualification & Experience • Education: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) + MBA in Marketing preferred. • Experience: 7–15 years of experience in sales & marketing in cable or electrical product manufacturing companies.
