Job Description: HR + Admin Intern Position: HR + Admin Intern Location: 301 Mangalam Pearl, Indore, Madhya Pradesh Duration: 3 Months (with potential for extension based on performance) Employment Type: Internship (Paid – Performance Based) Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Office & On-Site as Required) About S&J Advertising: S&J Advertising is a creative marketing agency delivering cost-effective and innovative advertising solutions. We work with diverse clients across industries, focusing on high-quality campaigns, social media management, and brand development. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic HR + Admin Intern to join our team and support our HR and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires). Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy. Support in drafting offer letters, internship certificates, and employment documentation. Assist with performance management processes and feedback collection. Help in organizing training and development sessions for employees. Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive HR information. Administrative Support: Manage office supplies inventory and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes. Support the management team in documentation, record-keeping, and internal communications. Coordinate with vendors and external stakeholders for office-related requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and support in policy updates. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute team-building activities and employee engagement programs. Address employee queries related to HR policies and administrative processes. Foster a positive work environment and contribute to a supportive office culture. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports related to attendance, recruitment status, and employee performance. Maintain administrative documentation, contracts, and operational records. Ensure timely submission of SOD (Start of Day) and EOD (End of Day) reports. Content Creation Support: Assist the creative team in developing social media content, including copywriting, basic graphic design, and campaign ideas. Coordinate with content creators and designers to ensure deadlines are met. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and client projects. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and client expectations. Skills & Qualifications: Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management tools is a plus. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. High-performing interns may be offered extended roles or permanent positions based on the agency's requirements. Additionally, consistent demonstration of leadership qualities, proactive problem-solving, and a collaborative attitude will be key factors in determining future opportunities at S&J Advertising.
