Role Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources operations, with a strong focus on payroll processing and statutory compliance. Core HR Functions (Additional Responsibilities) • Develop and execute HR strategies in line with business objectives and growth plans. • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle to attract and retain high-performing talent. • Foster strong employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving grievances, and conducting disciplinary procedures if necessary. • Drive company culture initiatives, employee engagement programs, and internal communication strategies. • Identify training needs, curate learning paths, and coordinate employee development initiatives. • Maintain updated employee records, contracts, HRMS data, and ensure confidentiality and compliance. • Provide regular HR reports and data-driven insights to support decision-making and workforce planning. ⸻ Requirements: • Proven experience (6+ years) in HR management, with a strong background in payroll and legal compliance. • In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws, HRMS (especially Keka), and HR best practices. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
