Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing & Planning
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies across digital, social, and physical platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams to ensure unified go-to-market initiatives.
- Brand Management
- Build, maintain, and evolve a strong, recognizable brand identity across all communication touchpoints.
- Drive consistent brand tone, voice, and messaging that align with company values and target audience expectations.
- Spearhead brand awareness campaigns and strategic partnerships to strengthen RAMS’ positioning in the industrial technology domain.
- Digital & Social Media Management
- Oversee and optimize all digital channels with a primary emphasis on B2B lead generation.
- Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns for CXOs, EHS Heads, Supply Chain Directors, and Procurement Leaders.
- Manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive high-quality inbound leads.
- Monitor analytics, track conversion rates, and prepare monthly reports on lead quality, pipeline value, and ROI.
- Lead Generation & Revenue Growth
- Design and execute LinkedIn-based lead generation funnels focused on high-value B2B clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and revenue opportunities.
- Maintain dashboards for lead tracking, campaign performance, and contribution to top-line growth.
- Ensure measurable revenue outcomes from marketing activities through strategic nurturing, remarketing, and relationship-building campaigns.
- Expos, Exhibitions & Events
- Plan and execute RAMS’ participation in major industry expos, trade shows, and conferences.
- Manage event strategy, booth setup, promotional materials, and pre-/post-event lead follow-ups.
- Represent the company at selected events to build relationships with key decision-makers and partners.
- Team Leadership & Accountability
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the marketing team (digital, content, and design).
- Define KPIs, set clear accountability metrics, and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and creativity within the team.
- Content & Collateral Development
- Supervise the creation of high-impact marketing materials—brochures, presentations, digital assets, and video content.
- Ensure content effectively communicates RAMS’ value proposition to both technical and managerial audiences.
- Maintain alignment between technical accuracy and marketing clarity.
- Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in warehouse safety and digital infrastructure.
- Use insights to refine marketing and lead acquisition strategies.
- Identify new geographies and customer segments for expansion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial technology, SaaS, or engineering domains.
- Demonstrated success in LinkedIn-based lead generation and revenue-focused campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and marketing budgets.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
