Marketing Manager - Immediate Joiner

Job Description

Responsibilities: a) Plan and run marketing campaigns (online & offline). b) Handle social media pages, promotions, and content updates. c) Coordinate with graphic designers for posters, banners, and ads. d) Organize in-store events or seasonal offers to attract customers. e) Monitor showroom branding, signage, and customer communication. f) Collect customer feedback and improve marketing strategies. g) Create weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance. h) Tie up with local businesses or interior designers for cross-promotion. i) Work closely with the sales team to align marketing with business goals. Requirements: a) Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. b) 5–10 years of experience in marketing (retail preferred). c) Good knowledge of social media marketing and basic design tools. d) Strong communication and creative thinking skills. e) Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
