Production Manager - Immediate Joiner

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule daily production based on orders. Monitor the entire production process to ensure quality and speed. Assign tasks to workers and supervise their performance. Ensure machines and tools are maintained and in good condition. Track raw material usage and inform purchase team when stock is low. Reduce waste and improve productivity on the shop floor. Ensure safety and cleanliness in the production area. Coordinate with design, purchase, and dispatch teams. Keep records of production and report to management.
