Marketing Manager

Core Responsibilities – Marketing

• Digital Strategy & Campaigns -

  Design and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with FlintLab’s go-to-market objectives. Own end-to-end campaign performance and continuously improve ROI across all channels.

• ICP & MQL Generation -

  Work closely with Sales and Product to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and build digital funnels that drive qualified leads and customer interest.

• Website & SEO Management -

  Oversee the FlintLab website and drive organic growth through SEO optimization and performance tracking.

• Content Creation & Distribution -

  Develop thought leadership content (case studies, blogs, social posts) and distribute across LinkedIn, email, and partner sites.

• Email Marketing & Automation -

  Lead marketing automation efforts, including personalized email journeys and nurturing workflows.

• Engagement Initiatives -

  Plan and manage customer-facing webinars, virtual events, and product showcases in collaboration with product managers and domain experts.

• Marketing Tools & CRM -

  Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Salesforce, or HubSpot to track, manage, and report on lead lifecycle metrics.

• KPI Reporting -

  Prepare weekly dashboards covering outreach, MQLs, engagement rate, conversion ratios, and sales funnel performance.

• Team Leadership -

  Lead and mentor a small team of digital marketers; conduct reviews and ensure output quality and productivity.

• Competitive Analysis -

  Track competitor campaigns and provide actionable insights on positioning, messaging, and digital presence.

Executive Assistant (EA) Responsibilities

• Leadership Support -

  Work directly with FlintLab’s CEO, CPO, CTO & VP/Head of Sales & Marketing.
• to help organize calendars, track priorities, and coordinate internal/external stakeholder follow-ups.

• Meeting Coordination & Notes -

  Schedule leadership syncs, document key outcomes, and ensure follow-through across teams.

• Cross-functional Collaboration -

  Act as the bridge between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Ops to ensure project alignment and clear communication.

• Special Projects -

  Support strategic initiatives (e.g., partnerships, event planning, internal communications, investor updates) under executive direction.

• Information Management -

  Organize documentation, prepare presentation decks, and help leadership stay organized and ahead of deadlines.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven team leadership exposure
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and top-of-funnel growth levers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to juggle marketing responsibilities and executive coordination
• Familiarity with marketing and sales tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tools)
• Growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
