Job Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, responsible for leading

and executing strategic campaigns, managing a talented team, and ensuring our brand's consistent and impactful presence in the market. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our marketing

strategies to align with the company's vision and objectives. Your experience and leadership will be

instrumental in driving our marketing initiatives to new heights.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation and Campaign Management:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, aligning with company objectives.

• Track and report on lead acquisition metrics, including conversion rates, lead quality, and sources.

• Continuously optimize campaigns for improved lead generation and conversion.

2. Content Creation and Marketing:

• Create engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.

• Develop a content calendar and ensure a consistent flow of content to engage and educate the target audience.

• Monitor content performance, including views, engagement, and shares, and adapt content strategy accordingly.

3. Marketing Material for New Products:

• Collaborate with product teams to create marketing materials for new product launches.

• Develop product positioning and messaging that effectively communicates product features and benefits.

• Ensure that marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and web content are ready for product launch.


4. Data-Driven Marketing Strategy:

• Utilize data analytics and market research to inform marketing strategies and decision making.

• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

• Regularly analyze data to assess the impact of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.


5. Product Launch Strategy:

• Plan and execute product launch strategies, including marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.

• Evaluate the success of product launches by measuring factors such as market penetration, sales performance, and customer feedback.

• Use data insights to fine-tune future product launch strategies.


6. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and manage the marketing team, setting clear objectives and performance expectations.

• Foster collaboration between marketing and other departments, such as sales and product development.

• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and promote a collaborative work environment.

7. Budget Management:

• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that expenses align with the approved budget.

• Monitor return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities and allocate resources effectively.

• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize spending while maintaining campaign effectiveness.

8. Public Relations and Communication:

• Manage public relations efforts, including media relations and crisis communication.

• Develop and distribute press releases and maintain positive media relationships.

• Ensure clear and consistent communication of the company's messages and brand identity.

9. Ethical Marketing and Compliance:

• Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.

• Regularly review advertising and promotional content for accuracy and compliance with regulations.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the EdTech industry, and a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Analytical and data-driven mindset.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
