Locations: Pune, Maharashtra & Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Area Sales Manager

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the K12 education sector, building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to key stakeholders including Principals, Teachers, and School Management.
Build lasting relationships with school leaders to understand their needs and offer tailored educational solutions.
Lead negotiations and successfully close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to continuously improve sales strategy and positioning.

🎓 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 4–6 years of B2B sales experience in the EdTech sector is mandatory.
Strong understanding of the K12 education landscape, with the ability to engage confidently with school stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
