The COO reports to CEO and coordinate with the executive team to implement business strategies, streamline processes, and drive operational efficiency across all departments. Key responsibilities: Strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Examining and re-engineering operations and procedures. Formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Financial planning and managing resources. Analyzing and interpreting financial data. Knowledge of communication and public relation techniques. Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects. Creates annual operating plans that support strategic direction set by the board and correlates with annual operating budgets. Deliver objectives and target set by the board for short, medium & long term. Input into this process. P&L Management. Provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry.
