Marketing Manager at TravClan is a key role where an ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy, lead marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to build a highly engaged community of travel entrepreneurs and drive growth through digital means.

• Annual CTC - ₹9 to 13 LPA

• ESOPs + promotions + aggressive growth prospects (read further) !
• Fast Appraisal - Despite Covid, we had appraisals in 6 months in Jan & July 2020
• Aggressive Hikes - In May'21 & Jan'22, Average Hike was 35% & 30% respectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
• Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
• Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
• Track performance of all marketing campaigns

Desired Candidate Profile

• Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing roles
• Excellence / Ambition / Hard working attitude reflected in past profile (Strong educational background or demonstrated ability to outperform in previous roles)
• Prior Startup experience preferred
• Willing to learn more

• Understand business
• Be good with branding
• Be passionate about marketing
• Have good design / aesthetic sense
• Be proficient with simple design tools (read Canva)

• Work with peers to achieve marketing goals
• Lead/mentor a marketing team to execute marketing campaigns

• Make a real impact & build a brand
• Work at an intersection of travel, technology and marketing

• Not comfortable leading and training a team of marketing professionals
• Does not have basic design skills
• Not okay planning and driving growth with unique ideas
• Not good making data driven decisions
• Not comfortable with long working hours i.e. 10 - 12 hours daily
• Not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week)

The Recruitment Process:
1. Marketing Task: The first round consists of a marketing assignment which tests the basic design knowledge of the candidate.
2. Personal Interviews: 2-3 video/in person interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
3. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes financial benefits, ESOPs and many other benefits.

Important Points:

• 
  Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi

• Work Timings - 9:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
