About the Role

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Management

  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM (Zoho / Salesforce / Sell.do / NoBroker CRM / custom CRMs).
  • Ensure accurate lead entry, proper tagging, follow-up tracking, and status updates.
  • Create and maintain automated workflows, reminders, lead distribution rules, and follow-up checks.
  • Monitor lead ageing, leakage, drop-offs, and escalate issues to sales teams.

2. Real Estate Portal Handling

  • Manage listings, project pages, and lead flow from portals like

    Magicbricks, 99acres, Housing.com, NoBroker, CommonFloor

    , etc.
  • Ensure property details, images, pricing, and project descriptions are accurate and updated.
  • Track portal lead performance, quality, and coordinate with portal account managers for optimisations.

3. Lead Funnel & Pipeline Management

  • Oversee the entire lead journey—from enquiry to site visit to booking.
  • Track lead movement across stages and identify bottlenecks in the funnel.
  • Coordinate closely with sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups, TAT adherence, and conversion improvement.
  • Maintain a clear view of site visits, walk-ins, hot leads, and daily/weekly sales funnel performance.

4. Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare detailed

    daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

    covering leads, portal performance, funnel analytics, and sales progress.
  • Develop dashboards for management, highlighting trends, conversion rates, revenue projections, and pipeline health.
  • Share insights on lead quality, sales activities, and operational gaps.
  • Present clear summaries for review meetings with leadership.

5. Coordination & Operations

  • Liaise with sales, customer support, marketing, and external portal partners.
  • Support in documentation, project updates, brochures, and content inputs for listings.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, pricing, offers, and project status.

Skills & Qualifications Required

  • 4–7 years of experience in

    real estate CRM, lead management, or marketing operations

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    CRM tools, real estate portals, and lead funnel processes

    .
  • Advanced proficiency in

    Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, and MIS reporting

    .
  • Excellent communication, follow-up discipline, and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort with large datasets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
