Key Responsibilities
Leadership:
Leading the Marketing team to ensure alignment with the organisation s overall vision and goals.
Campaign Management:
Planning, executing, and monitoring ATL and BTL marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms as per brand requirements and ensuring consistency of brand messaging across all campaign communication elements.
Cross-Department Coordination:
Taking briefs from other departments, and briefing internal marketing team into actionable marketing tasks, and ensuring timely job delivery.
Agency and External Resource Coordination:
Briefing external Agencies and Resources as per our requirements and ensuring timely job delivery.
Strategic Guidance:
Presenting ideas and final designed pieces to Management and giving suggestion for marketing direction, ensuring strategic alignment of all communication and brand initiatives and help close on decisions.
Reporting & Analysis:
Preparing timely reports on marketing performance, highlighting successes, areas of improvement, and recommendations. Internal Responsibilities
The candidate will be expected to:
Team Supervision:
Supervise the team effectively, ensuring accountability, motivation, and professional growth for members in the marketing team.
Job Segregation:
Allocate responsibilities clearly among team members based on skillsets and workload.
Workflow Management:
Monitor and maintain job status reports to ensure smooth operations as per set timelines without compromising on quality.
Vendor & Agency Coordination:
Brief and manage external vendors/agencies, ensuring outputs meet organisational standards and requirements.
Creative Production:
Manage photo and video shoots using both internal resources and external professionals to achieve high-quality outputs which are aligned with brand identity and quality benchmarks.
Reporting to Directors:
Compile and present monthly reports covering team performance, campaign updates, and agency/vendor outputs.
Recruitment:
Assess team requirements and coordinate with the HR team to manage the recruitment process, including identifying needs, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring of new candidates. Skills & Competencies

In-depth understanding of marketing across multiple mediums (digital, print, social media, PR, on-ground activations).

Familiarity with brand management, consumer insights, and competitor analysis.
Strong understanding of design, branding, and creative processes.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.
Ability to articulate ideas clearly, brief teams/vendors effectively, and build strong professional relationships.
Organisational Skills
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
Analytical Skills
Ability to assess campaign effectiveness through data and reports.
Provide actionable insights to Directors for decision-making.
Experience
8-10 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a Managerial/Leadership role.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
Proven track record of handling agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Experience in hospitality, luxury, FMCG, or service-based industries will be an advantage.
Other Requirements
Familiarity with marketing software (Adobe Suite) will be an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for reporting and presentations.
A balance of creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
Mandatory
A Master s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
A Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is the minimum requirement.
Age:
30 to 35 years.
