Marketing Manager

About us:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute both digital and offline marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of creativity, analytical ability, and hands-on experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual marketing plans and budgets across digital and offline channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute performance marketing strategies to improve ROI and customer acquisition.
• Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives — print ads, outdoor campaigns, trade shows, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate branding and promotional materials (brochures, billboards, POS materials, etc.).
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all offline touchpoints.
• Manage event planning, sponsorships, and PR campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to produce cohesive brand messaging.
• Measure, analyze, and present performance reports and recommendations to leadership

• Kalady, Ernakulam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
