Role Overview The Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end marketing and admissions strategy for our group of institutions (School, Junior College, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Colleges). The role is responsible for driving enquiries, walk-ins and admissions, while building a strong, unified brand for the group. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy and Planning Develop annual and seasonal marketing plans to achieve admission and enrolment targets across all institutions. Analyse market trends, competitor activities (e.g., Aakash, FIITJEE, Narayana, local players) and student/parent behaviour to refine strategy. Allocate and optimise marketing budget across channels (online and offline) with clear ROI tracking. 2. Admissions Marketing Design and execute campaigns for school, junior college, UG and PG admissions aligned to academic calendars. Plan and drive lead-generation activities: seminars, school visits, counselling sessions, scholarship tests, education fairs, tie-ups with coaching centres, etc. Coordinate with admissions and front-office teams to ensure timely follow-up, conversion tracking and reporting. 3. Digital & Performance Marketing Plan and manage digital campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms. Oversee website content, SEO, landing pages, remarketing and lead forms to maximise quality enquiries. Monitor campaign performance (CPL, CPA, conversion rates) and continuously optimise creatives, targeting and messaging. 4. Brand Building & Communication Create and maintain a coherent brand identity across all institutions, programmes and locations. Develop marketing collateral: brochures, videos, testimonials, hoardings, standees, presentations, newsletters, etc. Plan and promote events: open houses, results announcements, parent orientations, alumni interactions, CSR/PR activities. 5. Team Leadership & Collaboration Build, train and manage an internal marketing & counselling team (field executives, digital executives, counsellors etc.). Collaborate closely with academic heads, faculty members and principals to leverage their expertise for seminars, webinars, content and outreach. Coordinate with existing internal teams (admissions, operations, admin, IT, finance) and external agencies/vendors to execute campaigns effectively. 6. Data, Reporting & Compliance Set up systems to track leads, enquiries, walk-ins, conversions and campaign-wise performance (via CRM/Excel dashboards). Prepare regular MIS reports and present performance, insights and action plans to management. Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with regulatory guidelines and reflect the institution’s ethos and values. Candidate Profile Must-have: 5–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in educational organisations (e.g., Aakash, FIITJEE, Narayana, Sri Chaitanya, other coaching institutes/schools/colleges). Proven track record of driving admissions-focused marketing and achieving enrolment targets. Strong experience in both offline and digital marketing, including performance marketing, content and social media. Demonstrated ability to build and manage teams and to collaborate with senior management, faculty and cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, presentation and people skills in English and [local language]. Data-driven mindset, strong planning and execution ability, and comfort with MIS/reporting tools. Good to have: Experience handling multi-location institutions or multiple verticals (school + college + coaching). Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation. Experience in student counselling/parent interactions.
