Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership:

    Develop and execute our overall marketing roadmap, set KPIs, and drive initiatives that boost brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:

    Mentor and manage your marketing team, coordinating closely with Sales and Talent Acquisition. You’ll report directly to the COO, ensuring marketing plays a key strategic role.
  • Content & Thought Leadership:

    Oversee the creation of compelling thought leadership content (newsletters, whitepapers, case studies) targeted at CXO-level audiences, maintaining authenticity and brand consistency.
  • Integrated Campaign Management:

    Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, SEO, LinkedIn Ads, webinars, and events to achieve measurable results.
  • Creative Direction:

    Guide and collaborate with the design team to produce visuals (infographics, videos, ads) that capture attention and amplify our messaging.
  • Budget & Performance Management:

    Own marketing budgets, optimize spend, and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine strategies and improve ROI.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Marketing Expertise:

    4–7 years of proven success in marketing strategy and campaign execution (B2B/recruitment experience a plus).
  • Analytical Skills:

    Skilled in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, CRM) and translating data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

    Proven ability to lead teams effectively, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and foster strong relationships across departments.
  • Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

    Experienced in content strategy, social media growth, SEO, and digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns).
  • Creative Vision:

    Able to conceptualize and guide visual content creation—basic familiarity with tools like Canva is a bonus.
  • Communication:

    Strong storytelling and communication skills across various formats.
  • Educational Background:

    Master’s degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar) or MBA preferred—but your expertise and track record matter most.
