This full-time, on-site internship offers a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy and execution at Agility, a data-driven technology company. You'll work alongside our marketing team to support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns while contributing to the company's broader mission of empowering organizations through intelligent data solutions. This role provides direct exposure to real-world marketing challenges, from market research to campaign execution, positioning you for success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What Success Looks Like: A successful Marketing Intern will proactively support marketing initiatives from conception through execution, deliver market research insights that inform strategy, and create professional marketing materials that align with brand standards. You'll demonstrate strong attention to detail, take ownership of assigned projects, and contribute fresh perspectives that drive engagement with our target audience.

How You'll Fit In: Our marketing team drives awareness and demand for Agility's data solutions within the IT Services and Consulting sector. As an intern, you'll directly support this mission by assisting with campaign planning, market research, and customer engagement activities that help position Agility as an innovation leader in the industry.

What You'll Do
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Assist in developing marketing strategies, identifying target audience segments, and supporting campaign planning activities that align with business objectives
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, gather industry insights, and synthesize market data into actionable recommendations that inform decision-making
  • Content & Marketing Materials Development: Create and edit marketing collateral including social media posts, email campaigns, case studies, presentations, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare pitch materials, customer case studies, and product documentation that support pipeline development
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with prospects and customers through email, social media, and web platforms to build relationships and gather feedback on market needs
  • Data Analysis: Track marketing campaign performance, compile metrics into reports, and provide insights on engagement, conversion, and ROI for optimization
  • Administrative Support: Manage marketing databases, update contact information, organize campaign assets, and assist with event coordination and promotional activities
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proficiency in market research methodologies and ability to synthesize data-driven insights
  • Foundational understanding of marketing principles, sales concepts, and digital marketing channels
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment and adapting to evolving priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new tools quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or social media management platforms
  • Familiarity with data analytics or business intelligence concepts
  • Portfolio or examples of marketing work (social media campaigns, content samples, presentations)
  • Experience with graphic design basics or Adobe Creative Suite (Canva proficiency is a plus)
  • Previous internship or project experience in marketing, sales support, or business development
  • Knowledge of IT Services or B2B technology marketing
