Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Head to lead our marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels, focusing on driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong execution mindset, capable of leading high-impact marketing campaigns that align with business goals. As a key member of the leadership team, the ideal candidate will own the marketing roadmap, guide a growing team, and work cross-functionally with product, sales, and growth teams to scale the 10xScale brand. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, content, SEO, performance marketing, email, and events. Build a strong and consistent brand narrative that resonates across channels including website, social media, media partnerships, and internal assets. Collaborate with sales, product, and work independently to create and execute go-to-market strategies for our new products and services. Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to continuously refine marketing initiatives and improve ROI. Drive content strategy including blogs, newsletters, product collateral, video, and thought leadership pieces. Build, mentor, and manage the in-house marketing team and external vendors or agencies as needed. Own marketing KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement metrics. Represent the brand at key events, conferences, and industry forums to build awareness and generate leads. Stay updated with emerging marketing technologies, EdTech trends, and AI advancements to ensure innovative approaches. Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 4–8 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or EdTech. Proven experience in scaling brand and user growth through creative and data-driven campaigns. Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building high-performance marketing teams. Excellent storytelling, communication, and brand positioning capabilities. Proficient in marketing automation tools, performance marketing platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), CRM systems, and analytics tools.
