Job Summary:

Senior Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Planning:

Design and implement integrated marketing strategies that promote brand visibility, product value propositions, and lead generation across multiple channels.

• Cross-Functional Team Leadership:

Collaborate with and direct internal teams—including content creators, designers, SEO specialists, and lead generation experts—to deliver cohesive and high-performing campaigns.

• Technical Product Expertise:

Leverage deep product knowledge and technical understanding of LED lighting solutions to ensure accurate messaging, value communication, and differentiation in the market.

• Audience Research & Market Intelligence:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, understand buyer personas, and tailor messaging and campaigns for maximum relevance and impact.

• Campaign Management:

Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of digital and offline campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO, and industry events.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Monitor key marketing metrics, analyze performance data, and generate actionable insights for continuous campaign optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 - 4 years of experience in marketing.
• Strong technical and product knowledge in LED lighting or similar industry.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and lead generation.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Proven track record of translating technical concepts into compelling marketing content.
