We serve commercial, industrial, and horticultural sectors with a strong focus on energy efficiency, advanced technology, and design excellence. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Executive with a strong technical and product background in the LED lighting or related industry. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams (content, SEO, design, and lead generation), and guiding efforts to effectively target key audiences. The ideal candidate will have the authority and leadership skills to drive teams toward achieving impactful marketing goals, backed by a deep understanding of both the market and the technical aspects of our product line. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Planning: Design and implement integrated marketing strategies that promote brand visibility, product value propositions, and lead generation across multiple channels. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Collaborate with and direct internal teams—including content creators, designers, SEO specialists, and lead generation experts—to deliver cohesive and high-performing campaigns. Technical Product Expertise: Leverage deep product knowledge and technical understanding of LED lighting solutions to ensure accurate messaging, value communication, and differentiation in the market. Audience Research & Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, understand buyer personas, and tailor messaging and campaigns for maximum relevance and impact. Campaign Management: Oversee the development, execution, and optimization of digital and offline campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO, and industry events. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key marketing metrics, analyze performance data, and generate actionable insights for continuous campaign optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Engineering, or related field. 3 - 4 years of experience in marketing. Strong technical and product knowledge in LED lighting or similar industry. Demonstrated experience in managing and aligning cross-functional teams. Expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, content strategy, and lead generation. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills. Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms. Proven track record of translating technical concepts into compelling marketing content.
