Prepare project progress reports and assist management in resource planning. Provide technical training and mentoring to junior engineers and site staff. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing plans for water & wastewater treatment products and services. Identify and generate new business leads through online and field marketing activities. Visit potential customers, consultants, and industries to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions. Coordinate with the design and proposal team for technical offers and tender documentation. Maintain and update client databases, track enquiries, and prepare periodic sales/marketing reports. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and case studies in coordination with management. Assist in digital marketing campaigns and website/social media content updates. Achieve assigned targets and contribute to overall business growth.
