Assistant Manager

The Assistant Technical Manager will lead and oversee all technical, design, and operational aspects of water and wastewater treatment projects. The role involves managing project execution teams, reviewing designs, ensuring quality compliance, supporting business development with technical inputs, and optimizing plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate design, engineering, and execution activities for ETP, STP, RO, UF, and MBR systems.
  
• Review P&IDs, GA drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  
• Guide project engineers and site teams in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  
• Evaluate process performance and suggest improvements for energy efficiency and treatment results.
  
• Support proposal and tender teams with technical data sheets, BOQs, and design calculations.
  
• Interact with clients, consultants, and vendors for project clarifications and approvals.
  
• Ensure adherence to company quality standards, HSE norms, and documentation protocols.
  
• Prepare project progress reports and assist management in resource planning.
  
• Provide technical training and mentoring to junior engineers and site staff.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies (ETP, STP, RO, MBR, etc.)
  
• Strong understanding of process design, equipment selection, and automation systems
  
• Leadership and team management skills
  
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and design software
