Role & responsibilities Guide and support the team in handling customer inquiries about flats and explain the project details clearly. Work together with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination and help achieve sales targets. Build good relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and providing proper information. Monitor the work of the presales team, help them improve, and make sure they meet their daily targets. Maintain proper records of customer interactions, leads, and provide regular updates to the manager.
