1. Promote and rent out commercial properties owned by the Devi Group. 2. Present property details to clients and brokers, and help with the rental process. 3. Market available properties for rent on social media and online platforms. 4. Meet clients in person to explain property features and finalise deals. 5. Handle rental of spaces at Devi and Cine Pride properties. 6. Manage bulk movie ticket bookings for Devi Cinema. 7. Organise both indoor and outdoor marketing activities, such as putting up hoardings, frames, and other promotional materials at Devi and Cine Pride locations. 8. Explore and identify new spaces for future business opportunities.

1. Good Knowledge of Accounting concepts 2. Basic computer knowledge, CCC, good in Excel, TallyERP 3. Basic knowledge of GST and TDS 4. Recording daily bookkeeping records. 5. Finalisation of monthly accounting reports.
