Job Description

Here are the key roles and responsibilities of a Marketing Coordinator (Domestic and Export) in a casting manufacturing company : Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential domestic and international clients. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Gather insights into export regulations, tariffs, and international market demands. Marketing Strategy and Planning: Assist in developing marketing plans for both domestic and export markets. Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional events, and product launches. Develop pricing strategies considering domestic and international factors. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication. Handle client queries, follow up on orders, and address any concerns. Export Coordination: Manage documentation for export processes, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agencies, and customs officials. Track shipments and update clients on order status and delivery schedules. Domestic Marketing Coordination: Collaborate with domestic distributors and sales representatives to increase market reach. Organize product demonstrations, exhibitions, and customer visits. Support the sales team by preparing presentations, brochures, and promotional material. Digital Marketing and Branding: Manage the companys digital presence, including social media, website, and email marketing. Prepare marketing content such as product descriptions, catalogs, and newsletters. Monitor online engagement and analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Reporting and Analysis: Compile data from marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports. Analyze sales data from domestic and export markets to identify trends and insights. Provide feedback to management regarding the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with domestic and international trade regulations. Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and marketing activities. Stay updated on changes in export documentation and trade policies. Coordination with Production and Logistics: Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely availability of products. Work with the logistics department to optimize shipping schedules and reduce costs. Monitor inventory levels to meet both domestic and international demand. Customer Feedback and After-Sales Support: Collect customer feedback and relay it to the production and quality teams. Address post-sales issues related to product quality or shipment delays.
