Role Summary We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist who will lead and execute PANARO’s digital outreach, brand communication, and customer engagement strategies. This is a hands-on, full-time position based at our Coimbatore office. You’ll be working closely with the leadership team and product marketing to drive visibility, educate our target market , and enable our channel partners through compelling online content and campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Create and schedule engaging, brand-aligned content (posts, videos, infographics, newsletters). Track, analyze, and report performance using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) Coordinate with the design, product, and sales teams for campaign assets and alignment. Improve SEO/SEM , keyword strategy, and on-page content to increase visibility and lead generation. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer preferences. Manage and grow our community and social presence by engaging with customers and partners online. Support event marketing, email campaigns, and content writing (case studies, blogs, etc.) Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business , or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing , preferably in the tech or B2B domain. Proficiency in social media marketing , online advertising , and web analytics tools . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Email Marketing , and campaign automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot). Ability to analyze campaign data and make informed, data-driven decisions . Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video tools is a plus. Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory) Experience with WordPress or Webflow Basic understanding of B2B tech marketing Knowledge of SuiteCRM or other CRM tools Content writing/technical writing experience Why Join Panaro Tech?
