Marketing Communications (MarCom) Specialist Location: Remote (US timings) Department: Marketing About the Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Communications (MarCom) Specialist to amplify MetaOption’s market presence and drive lead generation. The ideal candidate will take ownership of marketing initiatives end-to-end, translating product successes into compelling stories, coordinating events and webinars, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. This role is highly visible and client-facing , bridging product knowledge with market engagement. Key Responsibilities Market & Product Storytelling Create and communicate MetaOption’s product and success stories (MetaWMS, MetaShip, GOIS, and related offerings) to the market. Translate technical features into customer-focused messaging that resonates with target audiences. Develop product collateral, case studies, sales decks, webinar content, and other promotional materials. Events, Webinars & External Engagement Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, conferences, and partner events . Represent MetaOption externally at marketing and industry events. Ensure all events and campaigns strengthen brand visibility and generate quality leads. CRM & Campaign Management Design and execute email campaigns, customer journeys, and nurture programs via CRM platforms. Segment target audiences, monitor engagement, and optimize campaigns for lead generation. Support demand-generation initiatives through integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels. Collaboration & Sales Support Work closely with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to align messaging, campaigns, and promotions . Enable sales with presentations, product briefs, and client-facing marketing materials. Analytics & Insights Monitor performance of campaigns, events, and CRM engagement. Generate insights from data to optimize marketing activities and improve lead quality. Required Skills & Experience 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, or B2B tech marketing . Proven experience in external-facing campaigns, event management, and storytelling . Strong command of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and email automation tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical information. Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision . Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B IT/SaaS marketing , especially ERP or logistics solutions. Exposure to client or partner-facing communication . Comfortable with analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Looker Studio) and reporting. Ability to manage multiple campaigns, events, and promotions simultaneously.
