Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Coimbatore. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves effective communication with potential and existing clients to promote Panaro Tech’s products and solutions.

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Experience in the technology or storage solutions sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
