Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified leads generated via digital campaigns, social media, and partner channels.
• Understand learners educational and career goals to recommend the most suitable online degree programs.
• Conduct high-quality telephonic and video counseling sessions with prospective learners.
• Own the entire lead funnel — from qualification to enrollment closure — while ensuring strong conversion ratios.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to share feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Contribute ideas for improving counseling scripts, communication flow, and conversion strategies.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within edtech, higher education, or career services.
• Proven ability to handle consultative sales for high-ticket programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics (lead-to-conversion ratio, revenue per lead, etc.).
• Comfortable working with CRMs, lead dashboards, and performance reports.
• Highly driven, result-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced setup.
