Inside Sales Executive – DegreeFYD Location: Gurgaon Type: Full-time | Work from Office | 6 Days a Week Salary Range: Up to ₹3.6 LPA Incentives: Average performer earns ₹10,000/month in incentives About the Role: DegreeFYD is on a mission to guide students and working professionals toward the right online degree programs for their career goals. We’re looking for a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive who can drive enrollments by providing the right guidance to prospective learners. This is a work-from-office role based in Gurgaon , with a 6-day work week . Key Responsibilities: Engage with incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails Understand the career and academic needs of students and recommend suitable online degree programs Provide clear information on course details, fees, eligibility, and university options Maintain regular follow-ups and manage leads through CRM tools Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets Coordinate with internal and partner teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and admission process Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, academic counseling, or student advisory (EdTech or education sector preferred) Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English Ability to listen, empathize, and offer the right solutions Goal-oriented with a passion for helping others Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment  Perks & Compensation: Fixed Salary: Up to ₹3.6 LPA Performance Incentives: Average performer can earn ₹10,000/month or more Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling EdTech brand Work closely with top universities and real student impact Show more Show less
