Role Overview We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will do more than just run campaigns you will build a public brand , position our leadership as industry thought leaders , and drive inside sales outcomes using powerful digital strategies. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end marketing initiatives , including personal branding for our founder , social media , SEO/SEM , and online campaigns that generate visibility and leads. This role blends traditional digital marketing with branding leadership and inside sales enablement ideal for someone who wants to be a strategic contributor, not just an executor. Key Responsibilities Public Figure Branding & Thought Leadership Build and manage the personal brand of the Founder and key leadership on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube. Write and publish insightful posts, videos, and whitepapers that reflect company values and technical depth. Identify PR opportunities, pitch stories, and build visibility in tech and business communities. Digital Marketing & Campaigns Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies . Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Instagram. Create engaging, SEO-optimized content (blogs, case studies, videos, emailers) to drive traffic and engagement. Inside Sales & Lead Generation Collaborate with the sales team to design campaigns that convert and nurture leads . Use CRM tools (like SuiteCRM ) to run marketing-qualified lead (MQL) campaigns and support SDRs. Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns for pipeline contribution and conversion metrics . Performance & Analytics Monitor key KPIs using web and campaign analytics tools . Recommend actionable insights to improve ROI. A/B test content, CTAs, and landing pages for constant iteration. Qualifications & Skills Strong brand storytelling , relationship building , and public figure marketing mindset. 2+ years of experience in marketing with proven results in social media and lead generation . Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, Web Analytics , and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, etc. Excellent communication skills โ€“ both written and verbal. Experience with email marketing , webinars , and LinkedIn marketing automation (PhantomBuster or similar) is a plus. Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
