Marketing Specialist

As an ERP Marketing Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in strategic promotion and branding activities. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining a strong brand presence to drive customer engagement and sales. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate high-quality leads through various marketing channels such as social media, events, and referrals. - Design campaigns to attract and retain customers while setting marketing goals aligned with organizational objectives. - Manage and maintain a strong online presence through social media platforms by creating engaging content and interacting with followers. - Organize and conduct continuous events, including webinars and conferences, to promote our ERP Software. - Establish relationships with existing and new clients to build references and generate referrals. - Generate leads through targeted campaigns and channels, utilizing strong communication and project management skills. Qualifications Required: - B.Com in Sales and Marketing, Bachelor in Any Specialization, BBA in Sales and Marketing, BE/B.Tech in Any Specialization, MBA in Marketing, Business Analytics, or Computer Science. - Experience of 2 years or more in branding, market research and analysis, business development, content development, branding and positioning, building relationships with potential clients and management, monitoring and reporting, and communication skills.
